TRIATHLON project and FlyECO Project, two EU-funded projects under the Horizon Europe programme, have formally signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), marking an important step toward closer collaboration in the field of sustainable aviation.
The agreement establishes a secure framework for the confidential exchange of selected data, research insights, and ideas, enabling efficient cooperation while respecting intellectual property and confidentiality requirements. It reflects a shared commitment to responsible innovation and coordinated research within the European aviation ecosystem, strengthening mutual understanding across technical and strategic areas.
“This NDA enables much closer cooperation between two complementary Horizon Europe initiatives. By aligning our efforts and sharing insights, we strengthen our collective contribution to sustainable aviation,” said the TRIATHLON Project Coordinator, Julien van Campen (Delft University of Technology).
FlyECO Project is an EU-funded Horizon Europe project focused on advancing clean aviation through innovative hydrogen-powered and electrified propulsion technologies. The project develops an integrated drive architecture combining solid oxide fuel cell systems and hydrogen-fuelled gas turbines, while optimising energy management, system control, and integration strategies to support emissions reduction. The project is coordinated by DLR Institut für Elektrifizierte Luftfahrtantriebe and carried out in collaboration with leading European research and industry partners.
